Judas Priest's "British Steel" is one of those albums every fan of metal should have in their collection. At least in my opinion it is. The album is rock solid from top to bottom and features some of Judas Priest's best songs. Songs like "Breaking The Law", "Metal Gods", and "Living After Midnight". If you've been living under a rock for the past 30 years then you have most likely heard 2 of those songs on the radio or in a Burger King ad. Or maybe on that oh so wonderful show, Beavis & Butthead.

But people shouldn't overlook the other great songs off this album.

For a 1980's release the sound still holds up today. And if you have the remaster it should only be even better than the original version I own. The songs are fast, loud, and all around great. This is, in my opinion, their 2nd best 80's album and should be picked up right away by anyone that doesn't own the album yet. Well, it should be picked up right away if you already have "Defenders" If you don't have that album then get it first. ;)
