This is an awesome live album. The majority of the album is from Fabulous Disaster with five songs off that album. The album was recorded live in San Francisco when Exodus was on tour in support of their then most recent release Fabulous Disaster.

The sound on this album is what gets to me. The band sound so damn good that I cannot help but shed a tear that I will never see them live. Exodus, live, is like a machine that is doing its best to stay within the realms of its own limitations while threatening all the time to careen out of control and explode. The Fabulous Disaster Tour saw the debut of John Tempesta who went from drum tech. to Charlie Benante of Anthrax to drummer for Exodus.

The songs are all quite brilliant and it would be pointless to go over them suffice to say that there is not a bad song on this album. The only disappointment for me was that there is not a single song from Bonded By Blood on this album.

If you are an Exodus fan then chances are you will already have this album. If you have never heard Exodus, then start with Bonded By Blood. If you do not like Exodus then your father was right, there really is no hope for you. You may as well jump off the top of a building or something.
